Oddly, our business has flourished even though we have no corporate mission statement framed alongside Dan’s portrait, hanging in a fancy boardroom.

We don’t have “focused paradigms” or “empowerment campaigns” with “quality assurance team members” who “think outside the box.” We also don’t have a “management task force” or a “huddle room” where we form “work circles” to “role play client concerns.” We don’t even take “process breaks” from our “work units.”

Silly us. We just base our business on the Golden Rule: we treat our customers the way we would want to be treated.
